HME partnered with USACE for maintenance dredging, ensuring safe navigation and operational efficiency.
HME partnered with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to perform maintenance dredging at the Port of Everett. This project involved the removal of 236,500 cubic yards (cy) of sediment to maintain the port’s navigability and operational efficiency.
The Port of Everett needed maintenance dredging to remove sediment that was blocking safe navigation for vessels. Keeping the channel clear was essential for supporting local commerce and meeting regulatory requirements.
HME collaborated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to execute a comprehensive dredging project. We successfully removed 236,500 cubic yards of sediment, restoring the channel to the necessary depth for safe and efficient use.
This project ensured safer waterways for vessels, improved port operations, and supported the local economy. The work was completed on time while meeting all environmental and regulatory standards.
